From 1929 to 1994, if you were headed west on Madison Street leaving the downtown area you slowly began to approach the old Chicago Stadium. It was home to Chicago Blackhawks for almost 66 years and was one of the most exciting arenas to catch a hockey game. These old Chicago Stadium pictures try to capture what it was like to attend a Blackhawks game before the stadium was demolished in 1994. Do you remember the roar?
